Chicken, Grains, Poultry, Rice
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
3 teaspoons sugar
6 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degres.
Pound chicken breasts till thin then slice into serving pieces.
Combine all other ingredients & pour over chicken in greased baking dish.
Cover & bake 45 minutes.
Serve over brown rice.
